founders, executives and managing directors of Kraft Kennedy:
Founding Partners
Michael S. Kraft
Michael, a Kraft Kennedy co-founder, is a former practicing litigation attorney
who spent ten years in various
management positions in marketing, sales, and product development in the
financial printing industry. Michael's legal background combined with his
extensive experience in document processing gives him a unique perspective on
the information management requirements of the legal and financial services
professions.
Peter D. Kennedy
After 21 years with IBM in a number of management positions in marketing,
product management, and channel strategy and operations, Peter co-founded Kraft
Kennedy in
1988. Peter's background has played a vital role in shaping Kraft Kennedy's focus and commitment to quality service and support.
Managing Directors
Marcus Bluestein
Marcus joined the firm in 1992 after graduating with a degree in Computer
Science from Hobart. Throughout his career, Marcus has distinguished himself as
one of the technical leaders of Kraft Kennedy. Marcus was promoted to a
Managing Director of Kraft Kennedy in 1998. Marcus has extensive experience with Windows
2000 & XP, Exchange, Interwoven, and Hummingbird DM products. He is also an
active participant in Microsoft beta program’s for its operating systems and
Office products. Some of the recent projects where Marcus has provided technical
leadership include Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw and Clifford
Chance. These projects all focused on business continuity and/or data center
consolidation.
Robert J. Brindell
Rob Brindell is responsible for the firm’s business development. After
obtaining a Masters in Decision Sciences at Georgia State University, Rob began
his professional career in Atlanta at Lanier Business Products as a National
Support Analyst. His duties were to provide accounting software technical
support to the company’s Customer Support Representatives in 70 district offices
nation-wide. To increase sales of the data processing division of Lanier, Rob
started the Regional Programmer position where he customized accounting and
legal software as well as developed software packages such as a sales order
tracking system, purchase order system, a bill of materials system and point of
sale application. During this time, Rob attended the University of Texas and
completed a Masters of Business Information Systems. When Harris Corporation
purchased Lanier in 1987, Rob joined the Legal Consulting division to provide
consulting and system design services to the legal community. During this time,
Rob attended several legal software manufacturers certification classed in the
areas of document management, financial software, litigation support, network
operating systems and remote access. After winning various achievement awards at
Harris/Lanier, Rob moved to New York in 1995 to leverage his legal experience in
providing those same services for Kraft Kennedy.
Robert Stone
For the past 16 years Rob Stone has evaluated, designed and implemented
systems for many of Kraft Kennedy’s larger legal and financial clients. He has
extensive experience in data center and facilities planning and has been engaged
by numerous law firms in relocations and worldwide data center consolidation
projects. In addition, he has acted as interim CIO and IS Manager for a number
of Kraft Kennedy's legal and private equity clients. Prior to joining Kraft
Kennedy, Rob spent 5 years in
the technology department of Goldman Sachs, holding positions in the firm’s New
York and London offices. Rob graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
with a BS in Computer Science.
