Depreciation Bonus ends
December 31!
As part of the Jobs & Growth
Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003, an additional first-year
depreciation deduction equal to 50 percent of an asset's value
is allowed for any qualified property acquired after May 5,
2003, and before January 1, 2005. You may want to check with
your accountant, but normally computer hardware and software
would qualify for the accelerated deduction.
