Contract Initiation Software – New Opportunities for Improved Client Support

For years, lawyers have looked for ways to automate the contract creation process.  Many firms implemented various approaches from template libraries to macros to feature-rich document assembly software.  Many of these attempts met with limited success because of the technical and programming requirements to create and maintain these solutions.  A British firm – Business Integrity has developed DealBuilder, a solution targeted to attorneys that eliminates the need for programmers to automate the document creation process.  Successfully implemented by some of the largest law firms in London, the product is gaining acceptance in the US.  Both Microsoft and Cisco utilize DealBuilder to automate their licensing and sales agreements.  Read more
