This Month's Answer

You can create an email with voting buttons.  The email recipients can vote on your choices by clicking on one of the buttons provided in the message.  To create a message with voting buttons, follow these easy steps.  Outlook will collect the responses in the original message.

  1. Create a new mail message.
  2. Click on "View" from the toolbar.
  3. Click on "Options" from the View menu.
  4. Under Voting and Tracking Options, check "Use Voting Buttons".
  5. The drop down box lists three default choices.  To customize the choices, delete the default text and type your selections.  Be sure to separate each selection with a semi-colon.
  6. Be sure "Save sent message to:" is checked under "Delivery Options".
  7. Click on "Close".
  8. You're ready to send your message!
